Champion of Venus - Dev Update.

I've done a bunch of story work this month, but I don't have any new art assets to show you just yet: December can be a busy time for artists.
Since I like my updates to boast more than just text, I've decided to postpone Version 0.3.1's release until I have the art you voted for - i.e. the main villain's sprite.
Thankfully, that part is now underway! So the wait won't be too long.
