Great video and well worth the wait. I agree that Train would be the among the greatest works of public art if it were ever built. I think Koons has a really interesting relationship to pop culture that has been made downstream from his work--specifically thinking about his designing the album cover for Lady Gaga's 2013 album ARTPOP (essentially a Gazing Ball painting) and the artist/producer EASYFUN who almost certainly took his stage name from the Koons project and is a major figure in hyperpop. Goes along with your idea of his having transcended the art world into a brand--sort of an apotheosis of pop art.
