Side note, I really like how Hollyhock's face turned out in this one. I just think it looks nice!
It looks like War Bear officially won the February Poll! I've been doing sketches and I think you all might like this guy. I've been stewing on a name, I want something bear related but also a plant to keep on theme. Maybe something like Acanthus? It's other name is Bear's Breach lol. I'll keep thinking about it.
Plus, I got the edits back for the Confession Booth short story! The editor was very thorough which I really appreciated. So I'm going to do one more round of editing to implement their suggestions, finish the illustrations, do the layouts, and then I'm all done! I know it sounds like a lot but I'm definitely at the finish line. I'm very excited to show it to everyone, this is my first big prose project since like high school and I'm proud about how it came out.
