Requirements - F4SE & LooksMenu
Drag folder into Mod Manager of your choice and enable. Choose Chris Redfield from the LooksMenu Presets.
For Redfield's Outfit & Accessories, Open Console ~ and type "help redfield 0" for ID, then use "player.additem INSERT ITEM ID"
