2024-01-21 23:57:12 +0000 UTCI guess in the West we were blindsided by the collapse of the USSR, at least those of us who are regular people and do not have access to specialized information. We did not catch the signs then, so no we overdo the "looking for signs" thing. On the other hand, it takes a lot of determination to brave the cold and the police the way these people have done. It cannot be disregarded.
