So What Happened?
Added 2022-10-30 17:16:28 +0000 UTCMost people know I caught COVID in early June. I didn't have it "bad," was sick for about a week, about two days were just pure awful. I would equate to catching the flu, norovirus (my stomach was torn up), and mono at the same time. Not pleasant.
Many know I've been struggling with long COVID, but no where near as other people. The three issues I've been working through in order - constant exhaustion, cognition, and migraines.
I had one or two migraines in my life before COVID and one was while I was very sick and struggling to stay alive almost 20 years ago, and another one was just a random, what the Hell.
Yesterday evening, I got a migraine. It was horrible. I even tried to write a very brief, "can't do it," with the phone in dark mode because light hurt so bad but no dice. So I took some medication and went to sleep - and woke up at 7:30 AM.
So that's what happened.
Longer two-day special edition SITREP tonight - off to record the Sunday podcast.

haha. I know you are joking but I answer anyway! No one understands it completely but it is all about repairing your brain, both the hardware and software (physical part and the memory/processing part).
2022-11-01 03:02:23 +0000 UTCWhat is this thing called sleep you speak of?
2022-10-31 23:49:53 +0000 UTCLack of sleep can also trigger migranes. Get your sleep please! Try to get some assistance with the things you do at 1am so you don't have to stay up so late so often.

2022-10-30 22:07:00 +0000 UTCAs somebody who got Covid and got his ass kicked the first few months of the first Covid summer, and who has had chronic migraine for most of my life, I feel for you man. Plan to take longer to recover than you want it to, but you need to rest.
