Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 02 OCT 2022 16:30 PDT - Counteroffensives Multiple & Next Week

We are moving back to kinetic warfare updates only. There is so much going on and we have to parking lot the other sections. If there is something huge in the news, we will cover.

There are three main counteroffensives happening.

Dvoricha to Borova Putin Line - Map 

• Collapse is accelerating
• Fighting for control of Lyman-Pershyi continues
• Russian sources claim Ukraine has pushed to Kyslivka, and Russia can't hold the line
• Borova is contested now with Russian forces falling back from Pidlyman - they are near a technical encirclement
• Borova is the last point of defense on the original Putin Line
• If Borova and Kyslivka fall the only thing between Ukrainian forces and Svatove is retreating Russian troops and fresh untrained conscripts

Luhansk Oblast - Map 

• Collapse is also accelerating
• Ukraine has control of Nevske and the forested areas to Chervonopopivka
• The P-66 Highway, a critical Ground Line of Communication (GLOC - supply line) we have discussed at length, has been severed north of Kreminna
• This adds to the problem for Svatove, with Ukrainian troops able to advance in three directions
• Ukrainian forces appear to be bypassing Kreminna and attempting a technical encirclement
• Russian forces say they lack enough troops and artillery and lack air support
• If Kreminna falls, Rubizhne, Lysychansk, and Severodonetsk would be next
• If Russia can't stabilize its defense lines - now - Svatove will become untenable
• There are no reinforcements for Russian forces

Kherson - Map 

• Arkhanelske is liberated per General Staff of the Armed Force of Ukraine
• Myroliubivka is liberated
• Visual proof - Ukrainian forces in Zolota Balka
• Visual proof - Ukrainian forces in Khreshchenivka
• Lyubymivka likely liberated - awaiting proof
• Fighting for control of Novovoskresenske
• Pro-Russian sources report Ukraine liberated Bilyaivka
• Pro-Russian sources report Ukraine liberated Shevchenkivka
• Civilian claims that Ukrainian troops are in Novooleksandrivka
• Pro-Russian reports Ukrainian troops pushed past Havrylivka
• Multiple reports Ukrainian forces fighting for control of the critical Russian supply hub of Dudchany
• Capturing Dudchany would sever two Russian GLOCs and the town is the "last mile" distribution center for Russian troops north and west of there
• It's capture will curtail or end food, portable water, medicine, and light weapons ammo delivery
