Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 20 SEP 2022 21:45 PDT - Putin Speech - Maybe?
Added 2022-09-21 04:42:24 +0000 UTCPresident Putin was supposed to make a speech earlier today, but it was a feint. He is supposed to make a speech at 23:00 PDT, and of course we'll listen and transcribe - assuming it happens.
The Sit Rep may get released without the speech, or, it throws a hand grenade into the entire geopolitical and mobilization section we may not publish those parts and do an update in the AM Seattle time.
In the interest of total transparency, I just don't have it in the gas tank to do another 04:30 PDT publishing time. I'm wrecked.
