What's the big story? The big story isn't in the Situation Report. If you try to follow Twitter for what is happening in Ukraine, you're likely scratching your head, thinking, "how could the report be 73 pages?" It could have been a lot longer - most of the War Crimes research will be reported on November 26. The impact of Elon Musk's takeover and changes has sent a chill through the information space. There is a lot less information about Ukraine - unless you're looking for Russian disinformation - there is plenty of that. When you know where to look, it was a very busy day on the battlefront, including territorial control changes.
The second story? Ukraine remains defiant as it continues to try to recover its electrical grid.
