Our assessment of the situation in Stryapivka and Nova Kamyanka on July 14 was spot on. It was Luhansk People's Republic propaganda. Funny story, you almost did get the Situation Report tonight. After reviewing the info that came in, editing it, converting it to a PDF, and password protecting it, I said, "done!" Oh, wait. I need to send it to the people that pay the bills.
