After download, unpack the archive and put version you need to C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks. For some features, like different chest textures and colored shulkers, you will need Optifine or some mod, to replicate it's features, for example OptiGUI. Open the game, choose the pack and enjoy.
