The little (former Mer)maid

im so sorry for the lack of updates but because of my living situation and the need for me to travel almost 180 kilometers a day I am loosing a big part of my spare time.
but here is a quick sketch that I want to go further with on a later date. Ariel the little mermaid, in the scene where she gets her legs from her father and emerges out of the oceanโฆ oddly enough fully dressedโฆ ๐ค I never really got that back then. The first time she got legs she was nude except for her iconic seashell brassiere.
But I think a qualified guess would be that Disney couldnโt let her emerge naked out of the seaโฆ perhaps I should make an alternative version where we correct that?
I remember loving the little mermaid as a child. I still do but for different reasons.
I am not a fan of any of Dinseyโs so called live action remakes. Money pumpers. I am not anticipating the little mermaid remake.
to be absolutely fair, if the made a remake of Taran and the black cauldron then I would be impressed, as it was one of their biggest flops - although I kinda like it.
but Iโm babbling, here is Ariel ๐ I hope you like her.
