Hard Core Burners and Builders

I'm not the best builder in the Sims but I wanted to give ya'll a sample lot to go with the Hard Core Gym lot trait from the Muscle Mod. This is a redesign of Burners and Builder, the base game gym in Oasis Springs featuring items from the Let's Get Fit Mod Pack and Syboulette's Cross Fit Reborn Set. As you can glean from the screenshots, I also use this lot to test the Gay Gym Lot Trait from Gay Archetypes, so it also features open showers from the Build A Shower Kit. Outside I put a basketball court from City Living, and a Rock Climbing Wall from Fitness Stuff, but it won't totally mess with the build if you don't have those (You'll get a notification of misssing items, but thats about it.) The only paid Game Pack you really need is Spa Day, as a lot of renovations come from there.
