A few weeks ago, we opened a strange, beautiful and wonderfully unique exhibition at Lower Cavity in Holyoke, MA. The show includes 46 works by 41 artists and community members, primary collected from the #share-your-work channel in Discord. The exhibition is a timestamp of a particular moment of internet culture and a survey of para-institutional art spaces today.

After a decade at the "intersection of art & tech", I am most proud of this project. I know this feeling is shared by many of the participating artists, visitors on the ground and a multitude of friends and supporters online. Nearly 150 visitors traveled 2.5 - 4 hours outside of a major city to attend this very unique event. Many traveled internationally and for much longer.

Some Further Announcements

Monday, June 6th at 6:30pm we will launch the DNR year 1 book at the New Museum in New York City. There is a maximum capacity for the event, so please keep an eye out for the invite. A link will be made available to the community before it is posted publicly online.
Saturday, July 9th, we will have a DNR screening event at Arverne Cinema in Rockaway Beach.
This summer we will inaugurate a monthly DNR night at a new venue opening in Brooklyn. Thanks to the amazing team at Rash for giving us this opportunity. More details to follow.

This project began with aspirations to create a new institutional context for internet culture, memes and radical politics that the art world had overlooked. Growing from a podcast to an arts organization did not seem possible before we did it. I'm immensely proud of the work we have done so far and look forward to the next year.
