Back in the gym lifting heavy again after my deload last weekโฆit was super necessary and I found it far easier to lift this week! Looking forward to starting my new programme (hopefully) next week, so expect some training videos to hit my close friends story soon โบ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
