This seems to upset Mondo, but he calms back down again pretty quickly. Laser Lass suggests that maybe this is an extreme response to constructive criticism, but Mondo has made up his mind.
Mondo Mondo does seem to have a talent for missile building, though. It's a shame he can't channel his creative urges in that direction, but he's not the first to get bitten by the filmmaking bug.
This was a big perspective page: lots of above angles and one below angle. I think if there's a scene with a nuclear missile in a comic, drawing it from a low or high angle is pretty much a requirement.
