Laser Lass's vest difficulties are temporarily forgotten as she enters the chamber where Mondo Mongol has been unfolding his true plan. A massive nuclear missile stands, ready to launch, in the middle of Awesome University's campus. Things don't get much worse than this, friends.

For his part, Mondo Mongol seems to be distracted, himself. Ironically, this could be due to the lack of vest that has currently slipped Laser Lass's mind. The only people still focused on what they're doing, ironically, are the staff of the nuclear facility; who are still following our heroine to make sure she doesn't get into too much trouble.

I like this page. I was worried about drawing it for a while, since it required kind of an elaborate background, but it turned out pretty well. I'm especially fond of panel 1, and Laser Lass's slight trepidation about entering the room with the big missile. Also the missile looks like a missile, which also does the job it's meant to do.
