Added 2022-08-11 18:03:29 +0000 UTCI think the heat, most of us can relate to right now. Where I am at least it dropped a bit, to around 30, but the air still feels so damn sticky and suffocating. But soon when it gets cold we'll be complaining that it's too cold... so ๐ there's no winning.
I can finally say that I'm at 100%! I hope you guys are too. Well, 98%, I can't tell if it's the post-covid or just general summer fatigue but I've been sleeping and napping LOTS. I also did a deep clean of my apartment the other day which felt extremely good to clear stuff out and see it look empty from how well I cleaned and organized. In that process I found 3 dead and dried stinkbugs. A sight to behold. ๐คฃ aka cilantro-insects. Cilantrosects. Cilansects.
Also guess what I'm doing tonight. I'm going to watch a MOVIE. I don't think I've been to the movies in over 10 years. I'm not joking. Do people still go? Surely not as much as a few years ago, right? I''m honestly mainly going for the popcorn, it just tastes so much better than what you make at home. It's the chemical butter, definitely ๐ ๐คฃ I am going to watch the Elvis movie. I will let you know how it went ๐

That wasnโt what I was expecting at all but itโs true, because through another person in his life/through another lens, it wouldnโt have been evident just how heavy of a life he had and how much he was fucked over. He was basically living in a prison. I didnโt know almost anything about Elvis before this. I watched a few interviews and it was also great that Elvisโ family adored the movie and Austin Butlerโs performance

I just checked bullet train - it has some fantastic actors in it! I'll add it to my watch list. Yeah Top Gun really exploded recently huh. I LOVED Elvis. it was 100% worth the watch.

The whole "watching movies at home" schtick has worn off. People love the theater experience and it's showing. Movies like Top Gun: Maverick have really ushered the lost audience back and I'm happy. As a cinema junkie myself, I can't ask for anything better. Also, heard Elvis was great/bad. Leave us a review when you finish watching it ๐
