Josh groaned as his consciousness returned. He couldn't recall the last hour. Opening his eyes, he shut them as quickly as the light seemed much harsher suddenly. Grimacing, he sat up and felt his head. A smell permeated through the air, a smell of rubber and sweat mixed together.
'What happened...?' he thought to himself.
Suddenly, a loud and deep roar thundered through the air. Opening his eyes, he was still unable to adjust to the light. It almost sounded like a voice?
The thunderous noise erupted through the air again, however this time Josh could discern it was a voice.
"HAVEN'T SEEN HIM," the voice boomed. It sounded like it was above him.
Then, the ground became to shake. It wasn't like an earthquake, it was more like a repeating thudding in the ground. What was happening?!
His eyes finally adjusted as his surroundings became clearer. Looking at his hands on the floor, he could tell he was on his floor, but it looked...different.
Looking up, he nearly wet himself. The thudding, the thunderous voices, the stronger light...he was shrunk, and in front of him were the two feet of his now giant roommate Brad.
Josh watched in fascinated horror as the foot to his left lifted off the ground and suddenly came down with a thudding crash, Brad's rough and calloused heel hitting the ground first. Josh suddenly recalled Brad fidgeting with his feet a lot as he sat and relaxed.
"Brad!" Josh yelled up. All he could see was the tops of Brad's knees. His tiny voice failed to carry up to Brad as the giant remained unmoved.
