One of the topics that the author discusses at length is how college educated Americans are getting married and having babies at more or less the same rate as always, while the marriage and birth rate has fallen off of a cliff for the lower 60% of men by income bracket. I was listening to the Charlie Kirk interview on Tucker Carlson, and while I don't think that Kirk has great ideas on solutions, he is spot on about the degree to which young men are pretty lost in this economy. I think that a lot of the distaste that Lahren expressed here isn't unreasonable, but it's also useless for coming up with a solution. I hear you reference the economic issues for broad swaths of men quite a bit even in this video, and I thought that you were perhaps too hard on the ladies. Millennial/GenZ women may not have great insight into why the pool of guys who meet their (pretty reasonable) standards has dwindled, but the Girl On Cough TikTok meme (which was a joke, albeit one that exposed an uncomfortable amount of truth) isn't the general reality. Poor economic prospects for men is the upstream issue, and a benefit there would likely be a rising tide that lifts all boats.
