I tried cookies made with cricket flour once (in Portland, of course) - they were pretty good. Eating them whole like this though....ehh...π no thanks. Canβt wait for the full video! π

LOL - I can't wait to share this I have a lot of friends from Portland, which is only an hour north of where I live. As I understand it 'Cricket Flour' is and has been a 'thing' (California?), pondering Cricket cookies bread, pancakes, brownies? Keep on, keep'n on!! This was unexpected.
