When the Creature hands it over to Lisa, it’s wrapped up in a piece of paper that we saw in the trashcan after the pecker landed in it. It’s hard to tell exactly what is written on it, but I’m guessing it’s supposed to be a poem given how Michael likes to quote poems and literature. I think it’s meant to be an Easter Egg to Mary Shelley, the legend that wrote Frankenstein. When her husband Percy died, his body was cremated. However, his heart was the only thing that didn’t burn, and it later went missing. Years later, it was found in Mary’s desk, wrapped in a piece of paper that had one of Percy’s final poems written on it. Yes, this is a bit of a stretch, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this turned out to be true.
