Finishing up the core system mechanics for v0.25-0.3

 After working out some of the mechanics, it turns out that both of the remaining key features for v0.3 (the housing and employment systems) are dependent on the same core functionality: they both require the ability to schedule events and from there queue encounters. So, the key to v0.3 is expanding the "map-based" encounter system to a full event system with temporal and conditional triggers.

With that I can enact rent, utilities, and other expenses for the housing system, plus have the landlord/motel-clerk approach you if rent is late; as well as schedule your character to have a work encounter/event that lasts the shift, interrupt sleep/workout when its time to get ready for work, and of course schedule income/payroll.

So, the remaining features for v0.3 are coming in as a lump sum, since they are not easily distangled, which will put as somewhere between v0.25-0.26, with the remainder being to fill out the combat and gym systems a bit more and add more encounters/content to bring us up to v0.3 in about the next 5-10 days.
