Please read Jimmy: About Hacksaw Ridge (no spoilers or context). I just wanted to mention that there might be some scenes in there that you find very over the top or unrealistic but you should know up front that those things really happened. Mel Gibson actually had to tone it down because in real life it was even crazier and he thought no one would believe it.You'll know when you see it. I suggest reading about it after you watched the movie. Because I heard several times that some moments took people out of the movie because they thought it was too much. But you think differently when you know it's real. Just thought you should know that and you might enjoy the movie a bit more.
