So glad you've been watching this. Made me finally cave and watch it. This has to be the shortest but most frantic best episode of TV ever. From calm to complete chaos. Filmed perfectly. I blame Carm way less than you. I'm not sure how else he could react to Sydney's catastrophic mistake. I guess he could be blamed for not testing the new system before going live. Sure Carm could have yelled less but he should have said Marcus you are fired instead of slamming the donut. Marcus hasn't had his head in the actual job for several episodes. Sydney walking on her mistake would probably kill her career for good in the real world.

2024-01-18 08:39:24 +0000 UTCPeople like to harp on Marcus and Sydney, but they don't realize Richie was right. Sydney, Marcus, Carmy. They're kids. You saw Ebra, Tina how they handled shit under pressure and Richie as well. Carmy broke down into a screaming mess, Marcus completely disregarded the state of the situation and basically opted out of it and Sydney threw away any kind of responsibility about the situation and quit. This would have been fine, if they all took responsibility but because Carmy was the one yelling and throwing stuff, he was the one having to apologize to everyone and it was never addressed the shitty thing Marcus and Sydney did. Had it been real life, both of them would have been fired in any other place.

And Sydney...I mean she should apologize to Richie as well. For what she said and then stabbing him? 😂 Richie is like the best guy in the world for just letting that slide.
