2023-10-25 15:18:29 +0000 UTCAs someone who worked in the food industry this show hits different. I’ve never seen kitchen work depicted this authentically. They nail it so hard I get like ptsd flashbacks from some of the sequences, especially when it gets really hectic. This is like The Wire but for kitchens. It’s so good at showing how this business really is while still having great characters. I love it.
