Just finished episode 1 and lmaoooo I forgot just how grossed out you are by certain things (like pride from Fullmetal) and realizing there will be a lot of “disgusting” from you 😂

2023-10-20 19:40:28 +0000 UTCThere are a ton of new anime shows in the past few years that I adore and think are top tier: Ranking of Kings, Bocchi the Rock, Spy x Family...and of course some slightly older ongoing ones that are great like AoT and MHA, but JJK hits the sweet spot of being great and broadly accessible and action packed and well animated and funny and dramatic and just ticks all the right boxes to be a hit and future classic (whereas some of those other new ones I named are wonderful but are more niche). Season 2 airing right now is nutbar and I love how much all of season one AND the movie between seasons are all hugely relevant to the current story and how much so many disparate elements are tying together.
