god this must be the theatrical cut bc i was so confused about the absence of Saruman's death. He straight up dies in the dvds I own.

2024-04-06 03:53:23 +0000 UTCThis may be a small thing but I legitimately love and I Mean LOVE that shot of Gollum falling into Mount Doom cradling the ring,and when he lands he doesn't scream in pain,he tries to keep the ring from being destroyed. Also,I remember hating Sam in these movies when I was younger. But now I legitimately can Never watch the iconic "I CAN CARRY YOU" scene without shedding a few tears. And I don't even like this series as much as Game of thrones personally. But this film did for Fantasy films what Star Wars did for Sci Fi
