2023-07-30 21:17:09 +0000 UTCalso i want to add (along with my massive long comment, sorry!!) i think they sometimes TRY to go for a brother/sister/brother dynamic with dwight, jim, and pam. it just doesn't always translate with some of the pranks crossing the lines that they do. but i genuinely think that's the dyanmic they try to go with at times. like it's the three of them in their own little "group" and that three of them are bonded in their own weird way lol

2023-07-30 16:07:11 +0000 UTCjan is a hot mess. i've never liked her character ever since she kissed michael that time you brought up there at the end. what michael needs is growth, not backsliding. he's his worst self when it comes to jan and yeah i can't get behind it. how he treats her and how she treats him, it's just a hot mess lol i loved pam and dwight's moment together. despite the pranks, i think they do both have a soft spot for one another and have ever since dwight's concussion episode. their dynamic is interesting to me. i loved that his immediate instinct was to try to go after whatever or whomever hurt her. and even in his ignorant "you must be PMSing comment" it wasn't "ew periods/pms gross" he still wanted to be there and comfort her. i just thought that was such a cute moment. and again, i love pam and karen and i like that instead of going a petty, catty route like a lot of shows, they show them as just two genuine characters and they show pam genuinely trying to be friendly and sweet. i just love that a lot.
