"It's so weird to me how everyone wants every character to make smart decisions and be kind to eachother in a comedy show." uhm who actually said that? 🀨🀨

It's so weird to me how everyone wants every character to make smart decisions and be kind to eachother in a comedy show. The ineptitude and fucking with each other is what makes it funny. Michael isn't horrible', he's hilarious. Pranking Dwight because he's weird is hilarious. Why are we examining personality traits as if it's a soap opera and wishing that comedy characters acted like real life? It's comedy.

Not sure if you noticed the guest directors for these episodes 3x16 was Joss Whedon (hence the vampire storyline) and 3x17 was JJ Abrams

thank you for saying that about roy. there's a warning we women always hear; if he punches something in anger towards you, he's wishing that something was you. it was only a matter of time before my ex graduated from walls to me. even children are taught to control there emotions better than that. no excuse.

"Real art takes courage and honesty". Oscar: Those aren't Pam's strong points." One episode later Pam: "I decided that I'm going to be more honest. I'm starting to tell people what I want". I'm very proud of Pam ❀ If you wanna make a fresh start, you have to be honest. And Roy's reaction is certainly not understandable. Freaking out like that - damaging someone else's proberty!? No thank you.

"If I'm about to do something, I think, "Would an idiot do that?" And if they would, I do not do that thing." - Dwight Schrute. πŸ˜‚

I love how real and honest Michael was in that moment. He didn't say those things to her just to be nice so she would like him. He was just being truthful. He always tries too hard to be liked and here he didn't try at all. And I love how Pam realized that he meant what he said. It's beautiful to see how wonderful and sensitive Michael can be when he doesn't try. I think that's his true self. One of my favorite moments of the show. And I'm happy that it's the correct episode and I can write this comment πŸ˜‚

Michael has a lot of bad qualities, they all come from insecurity. But moments like this is where Michael wins you round, it was so heartwarming. He didn't think he was doing anything special or important, of course he came, he'd do that for any of them. For all his faults he cares about all these people way more than they sadly care about him.

"Which moment is this?" That's the one Jimmy πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

love these episodes! michael and pam's scene together is so touching. i forgot all this happened in the business school episode!! business school, the bat, the art show lol it was a busy episode for the office! also jan is a hot mess. i love the realization when michael says "i think there's something wrong with jan" but i loved seeing jim and david wallace vibing together. also roy is a mess too!! that anger!!! good on pam for being done in that moment. i'm so glad she got out of that. so excited for the episodes that's to come!!

God that Pam art show segment is so heartbreaking. The way she starts taking them down early out of shame 😭
