The office gags do take their time to grow on people, so I imagine it'll take a while for Jimmy to see those moments shine for what they are lol it's always hilarious to see how repulsive Michael can behave yet still be loveable.

2023-05-21 09:08:08 +0000 UTCI didn't find Michael terrible at all in this episode. It just shows how much he cares and how desperately he wants to be liked by these people. Even with the person he has to fire. Of course he handles it totally wrong. Waits until the last minute. That's mostly because he wants to be friends with these people and at the same time has to be their boss. Clearly he has no idea how to behave in a situation like this. But it made me feel for Michael. Also I love the ending, how good he is with the kids at the end.
