I certainly hope you'll watch the reaction. It's his favorite movie in a long time ๐ so I think we made the right choice.

Come to think of it, with The Menu and The Northman we're also likely to have two Anya Taylor-Joy movies this month.

Fact is that it constantly gets suggested by people who obviously like it but it doesn't stand a change against more famous movies. I mean I could suggest a great movie like "Brick" every single time but it's never going to win, because it's not very well known. But that doesn't mean that it's not good or people shouldn't see it.

2023-02-09 12:04:57 +0000 UTCThe Kingdom is badly cast with Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, and Jason Bateman and people don't see them as believable in those roles. Not that they're bad actors, but you'll get them playing the same just in uniforms in my opinion. I've never seen it either.

2023-02-09 11:59:19 +0000 UTCI think at some point Jimmy, you should just choose one of the movies like The Kingdom. I mean it's NEVER going to win in a poll like this, just like Matchstick Men. Because not enough people have seen it. That's not going to change from one poll to the next. But it doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve a reaction. Even I haven't seen The Kingdom. If you react to it, then I would watch it. It shouldn't always be a popularity contest because some movies just aren't mainstream enough, no matter how good they are. They should be in their own poll. That's my personal opinion, because I actually want to see the movies that have been in here like 5000 times ๐๐
