from my latest shoot with Sebastian and my homegirl debra (to my left). i'm finally not sick anymore !!! my body is still so weak though.. even though i don't feel as sick anymore, my body isn't back to full strength. i lost so much weight :( i need help gaining weight fast. any tips? i'm too skinny and i hate it.

To be honest I should be taking dietary advice from you. I'm sure you already know all about this, but weight isn't just weight. If you want to gain fat that's one thing. Muscle takes longer. And, unfortunately, it takes longer for women than for men to gain muscle. May I suggest some viking age advice. A daily scoop of cod liver oil, plenty of dried fish, meat (cattle or sheep), chease (don't know if you can handle lactose), dried fish, whale blubber, and daily hiking in mountains with a bagpack, perhaps with walking sticks for added core training.

I would recommend to go to a boxing gym. That way you will gain your confidence back, learn self defense and put up muscle weight and look lean.

amazing picture jeannie, don't rush to put weight on. Eat normally and you will slowly go back to your normal weight. If you try to force your body to do something after an illness it could backfire.
