Happy Monday! I just got back from “Fully Loaded” and I’m still recuperating. It was a blast and Bert did a great job, it was me I get car sick as fuck and it started Thursday night and it never ended. I’m sad about that but I’m happy that my Summer has officially begun. I’m focusing on me, Stand up, BJJ and my family. I had a shitty Summer last year……This year Im going for it...

Its a beautiful day to be alive……..I’m moving slow today Mercy’s softball team won the Rec championship last night and we went out for burgers afterwards, that late night meat always fucks with me the next day but I’m happy for her.
