This nether test is already available on my testing map (map called "Nabiil's Testing" on the workshop.
Nothing really exciting there so if you wanna keep the surprise just wait for the final version :)

Making huge map is a pain if I only use what UE4 offer me, so I will need to use some minecraft importation to increase the map size and have a better result =)

I am thinking about a new project, which will be a single line map, so some kind of a challenge which contain "*every" minecraft place. So 1 area will be a themed biome, and only 1 door will be there to the next biome, it will start from the net...

I wanted to let you all know that the TTT version of Villa is out (Alpha version), and I would like to hear feedback from you!
I am working on a Deathmatch version right now, that should hopefully be available very soon.
A zombie version will come soon too, it will be much bigger than the initial version :)

But I am getting there! I will also work on adding the Patreon Sword, I hope I can have it working for the next week or end of the next week :D

I am very happy with the result of the import/export of the surrounding of the villa, I only use import for the background.
I'm getting very close to the final version, I might release it for some testing soon. The import thing that is missing is furnitures but I will need modelers for that...
Well I spent almost the entire day working on the background in Minecraft and imported it in blender to Unreal Engine. Took me a huge amount of time just for this part but that is what i needs to be optimized so :D
I spent a lot of time on adding minecraft stained glass and blue water for the map, but I am getting very close to a final stage of the TTT version of Villa.
The zombie version will come out when this will be released, and will be much more bigger than the TTT. With that say, you don't have to worry about how big the zombie map will be. I plan to make it as big as Oasis with brand new zones ...
Not gonna lie, I spent the last 24hours on adding needed meshes for the Villa map, such has glasses and fences. The tricky part with them is the way they turn, so I had to improve them to fit in any situation :D
I will make another post tonight with some visual progress of the villa entrance :)
Polishing each zone is taking a huge amount of time, but I deeply think it worth it :D
This zone is soon gonna have water, and I hope I can get a good result with it

It has been a very very (very) busy week for me and probably the most stressful one so far with a lot of exams I had, but it is finally over and I'm free again for more work!
I've just heard that Artic VR will host a map contest, and I still don't know yet if I will make a map for it or not, but here is a quick sketch I prepared of what the map *could* look like.

Nothing really exciting to announce (for now :p), since I was dealing for the last few days with a major issue that made people crash on startup if they had the map in their workshop.
It is now completly resolve, and I will make sure that never happen again.
Now that this issue is solved, I can go back on making the new map...

I've been spending the day working with sun shafts to get as close as possible to a high quality lightning for the map and get close to a RTX Minecraft effect :)
