I have been slowly refining my lighting step-up while I am recovering from my GI issue. Sad news is that I heard it from bloggers on Youtube that it might take 4 years for my intestine to fully heal. Since my chronic fatigue syndrome stemmed from my GI issue, I will just have to keep things slow and steady.

Things have gotten better recently after 3 months of new strategies for SIBO treatment, I've gained about 2kg. Very importantly my libido is recovering too, so I've finally got the mood to do some videos for you. Thank you for being around for the last 3 months my dear "fishermen".

I was so ill and lost over 30 pound recently. I am so tired everyday due to malnutrition and always struggling with digestion. Apology for not keeping up with the update.
