One of the things that a Patreon makes possible is content that normally would never happen, such as a REALLY HIGH LEVEL material. James Haeck went out on a limb with this short adventure, building on the Dragon Empire's wish to recruit powerful, independent dragons into its ranks of nobles.
Halflings are a little bit creepy, we think. James J. Haeck agrees, with a short lair for 8th level characters that may give your players a bit of a queasy feeling.
