Slovakia has become the second nation to commit to sending fighter aircraft to Ukraine. Slovak officials have authorized the transfer of their entire fleet, 13 airframes including two two-seater training variants.

Total commitment to Ukraine is 29 Mig-29s, including the two trainers, enough to create two complete squadrons with training aircraft and spares.
