I wanted to update everyone on where we've been and what we're up to.

It was a difficult few years where Eli and I hammered away on new tutorials, trying out new ideas, and working on video concepts that didn't go anywhere. We honestly worked ourselves to death trying to get 3 or 4 new and unique tutorials out per month. Making these videos just wasn't fun anymore. The well was dry.

How to reveal text w/ Shape Layers

This tutorial was lost, so we recreated it. The technique was a bit different from the tutorial. In the tutorial we used track mattes, but in this version we replaced them with set mattes. Set mattes allows you to use a single layer to matte multiple layers.

Tech vs Design
