Choldriths are like if a drider and an ettercap had a baby. Like driders, they're transformed from drow, but apparently its a good thing to be turned into, whereas being turned into a drider is a grave punishment.

Skull Lord

4e had this dope idea for a skull lord where each head had a different power, and whenever you got past a chunk of hit points you got to pick your least favorite skull to get rid of. It's a really nice choice-of-evils mechanic that I feel like could see some wider use if I can find a theme that fits it.
