I accidentally merged the layers and didn't have enough history steps to recover it. Ended up having to just paint the whole thing on one layer which is pretty different to my normal process. It still communicates what I was going for. I just wish I could have refined it a little more.

So I did end up finishing it after all. I guess the allure of Cynthia was too strong.
Watching back the time-lapse is both funny and frustrating. I struggled so hard with a pretty simple idea. Ended up redrawing the face 6 times and what I ended up with looked identical to the first one.... I'm a stupidly inefficient artist.
