For now, you can either replace the entire roster in one go, or one character at a time (all of that characters costumes at once) ... I am working on doing a mod with options for individual costumes ... but it's taking way way longer than I expected

So I tried to add a head to C4 Zangief, just to see if I can do it, and I kinda did, but it doesn't really work as it should, and I don't know what else to do improve it
Zangief C4 doesn't have a head file at all, so I tried some weird files editing to give him a face and hair, but the color files for C4, don't have slots for head and hair ... so those cannot be edited at all, so I don't ...
