posting this a little late for Valentine's day. it wasn't originally supposed to be for the holiday because holyfuckingshit I am behind, but hey, it worked out, and then I forgot to post it because I wanted to make sure my changes to the base theme were cool with the client.

Anyways, I am pretty down with the way the shadows turned out on this. Nice and soft.

I know I know I know, no-balls is heresy and I'm dead to you guys now, but this was the client's specific request, and tbh I kinda prefer noballs sometimes because there's only so many good angles that can be gotten on ladyparts with a sack in the way.

This character would easily fall in the 'sparkledog' category if she didn't have such a sleek and restrained color palette. I actually really love this design.

Three-chord: Neon Aliens

I'm normally rather aggressively anti-neon-sparkledog type designs, which usually means anything with rainbow colors on it, but this red lady works for me. Nice and restrained by comparison to the usual RGB rainbow-vomit you see on characters with multicolored glowy bits.

Already got a chance to use the tiger girl again... Had to give her some boobage so that it didn't look sus to have her with an 8 foot tall bug girl. Size Difference + Flat Chest is thin ice to tread.

I hate myself for deciding to go with illustrated tattoos instead of just abstract symbols, but I think this turned out pretty nice in the end. Slightly more realistic proportions on the face, a little unsure how to feel about it.

So, I tried something a little different with the inking here. Can y'all even tell the difference, or am I just worrying over very tiny fiddly artist-y details? it'll probably be pretty obvious up-close in the high res image, but from a distance, does it actually make a difference to the overall look? I'm curious as to how noticeable little changes like what pen I'm using can be.
