Today’s leg and booty work

I gotta stay fit so you all like me still haha. But it was a good workout today doing single leg squats, some box jumps, and a kettlebell circuit routine. A solid one hour session. Real Life vs Model Life

I’d like to say part of me and who I am is present when I model. But I have grown fond of acting a character or mood during shoots. Do you see any difference between me in my real life photos vs my photoshoots?

Early Modeling

I had no idea what I was doing (still don’t I feel like) I just know smiling or flexing my abs is a good thing 😝 Believe it or not, I have been paid to model dresses and sports attire, or act in small social media commercials, but I have not pursued building a portfolio or taking it seriously. I just like having fun and sharing the work I do with Alex.

The concept I was planning did not workout as planned. Alex got the wrong kind of glitter. Inspired by the old 007 movie I was also wanting to get out of the bath and lay down somewhere like the woman in the movie does. We both agreed cleaning up glitter for weeks in our bedroom was not a good idea and we need to re think this concept. But it was fun. Alex made me clean up everything as usual. ...

Phone vs Mirrorless Camera

The phone camera's are great but I think we can all agree that a good dslr or mirrorless camera won't be replaced any time soon by a phone camera. The benefits to the phone are integrated software's and AI that can enhance photos instantly such as dynamic range, exposure, skin smoothing, etc. The problem is they cannot get close to the sensor size, or the lens aperture... yet anyway.

Wet or Dry?

Two shots with two different color grades to them from today's photoshoot. I may go with a brighter look for her dry hair looks and a darker moodier look for when she is wet.

One of my favorite from what I have seen so far. Steph casually relaxing in the bath while covered with glitter I dumped on her.

(E,A C Tiers) For today's shoot, she sent me to the store today to get glitter, apparently I got the wrong kind. The finer glitter which I failed to get would of covered her a little more. The coarser glitter still works though.

How’s everyone doing today? I’m headed out for a cold 5 mile run, I’m editing a wedding video I filmed, then doing my chores like a good girl. Also I may model a new bath tub glitter shoot this afternoon. This time it’ll just be gold glitter. ✨

I was posing here for a lighting tutorial hosted by one of Alex’s photographer friends (only worked with 2 other photographers besides Alex and each time Alex was also photographing).
