This one had a few iterations, starting off with the usual black tentacles wrapping around her, then a version with pink ones instead, then back to black within a pod.

For "String" 2, there's still a lot of work to be done with the facial expression, hand gestures etc.
For "Nuns", It's very nearly done. Just a few adjustments, and then a full render.

Lara didn't just accidentally stumble on an entire lost city of people made out of black goo. She purposefully went looking for it.
