As for the layout, I really like this format, probably because I enjoy reading novels myself. I just have one suggestion for template improvement: the text sections closely related to large CGs could be placed on the same image as the CGs. Otherwise, viewers finish reading the text, flip to the next page and see the CG, but there’s no accompanying text to go with the CG, so they scroll past it quickly. This means they spend very little time on the CG pages, making the experience feel like reading a pure novel. I think improving this would greatly enhance the viewing experience. Looking forward to the sequel!

Regarding the format: I think the dialogue is good! Unlike Japanese light novels, you use an identifier for practically every sentence, so it’s easy to know who’s speaking and in the scene. I thought I would miss the manga format, but the new one is better. Plus, this way you won’t have to scrap any ideas that are limited to a visual format/ take too long. I feel this chapter might not have turned out % 100% the way you wanted it to if it had to be in the manga format. The renders were also great! Each one was able to serve the scene well and activate neurons alongside the text. I’d be nice for this format to stay. Side note, not trying to be rude to others but: Not sure how anyone could be confused with who is speaking. We are told every sentence. This is the staple of English literature. Also, translating text is WAY easier and accurate than using something like Manga Translator. 👀

The dialogues are a bit messy, making it difficult to understand who is talking to whom and when in the photo. I feel like we end up losing a lot of photos and scenes. I'm not sure, maybe something in between could help. We'll see in the future. I'm sorry for the feedback, which may not be nice to hear despite the very good work, but I prefer to be honest.
