This is Zangief C3 Suit ... which kinda looks like one of Sagat's suits from his Arcade artworks
The mod has 10 different colors, I modified 3 of them, to make one like Zanfief's 1st color, and a couple others because I like red and black
Made it originally for C2, but I did a swap for C1 as well, for those who really don't like World Tour
