Good afternoon moon babes! It has been HECTICCC and wild few weeks with moving the moonlight store and planning for Samhain. Today after a long day at work I was making pasta and started thinking about a friend that passed away a few years ago, and maybe it's retrograde or because I'm tired but GIRL was I crying over my bowl of pasta. Lol - with that being said I wanted to pivot today's posting.

Originally I was going to do a graphic and post formatted like this one on legal and justice herbs and elements based off of a lot of requests I’ve been getting, but this felt more fitting for tonight. 

Herbs:

-Bee pollen - 

-Beet root - This is a great herb for grief and ancestral veneration

-Motherwort - this herb is both protective and VERY supportive - it feels like a hug from a mother figure.

-Cardamom-

-Hawthorn - for healing broken hearts

-Lavender - calming, anti anxiety, sleep aid and aiding in reaching the astral realm if you are doing spells to reach that loved one.

-Lemon Balm - to calm your nerves and anxieties that may arise around grief and lost loved ones.

Rose- For surrounding yourself with the feeling fo love and support.

-Stinging Nettle-

-Tobacco- this is for an offering for your spirits. Whenever I feel sad and grief stricken I alwaysss find layng offering almost immediately lifts my spirits, it surrounds you with their energy and love instantly.

-Juniper berries - to aid in spiritually crossing over

-Violet - healing angelic energy, peace.

-Dandelion - For emotional support

-Mugwort- for wisdom and connection with your lost loved ones.

Candles I like using:

-Blue - Healing, 

-White - all purpose, healing, spiritual connection, crossing over a spirit, 

-Purple - for spiritual insight, knowledge, and spiritual communication.

-Black - I like using this in protection spells for ancestral 

From here we can do sooo many spells and rituals to heal your heart and better your connection with the spirit of your lost loved one. I can share the one I liked casting when my grandmother passed last year if you guys would like.
