Hello dearies,

It’s time to share some super cute ART! Yay~!!!

I’ve been carefully making progress on Paizuri University this month, taking the time to understand how to make scenes for the prologue look super cute.

I really want to make sure I get it right, so I’ve redrawn them several times in search of what “super cute” is. Some turned out nice, but they always looked too stiff. But after a few attempts, I think I made a super cute breakthrough~!

Here are some of my better attempts~!

And here are the originals from previous releases of Paizuri University too for comparison.

I am very happy with how it finally turned out, because this is the level of cuteness I feel all the sexy and adorable scenes need to be in~! <3

To help me stay focused on it, I make sure to work on warm up sketches that ARE cute before anything else. I can get really stuck on making things look ‘right’ instead of focusing on the feeling of cuteness, and drawing these before I start really helps me get in the cute mindset. ; D

Even though I only have a few days every week to work on Paizuri, I’ve been told it’s important to practice and to make sure to find those cute feelings that matter to me (thanks Zuri T-T).
