I'm hoping to have all those things finished and ready for this weekend. I'm excited for people to see this video! It's a little different than my other ones. Sort of like a short film.
Some sorrowful news: I shot a pinup photoshoot with moth girl but i'm not happy with it. I did it myself by recording video and trying to pull stills from that. It honestly felt kind of sterile and too posed. I don't know how to explain this but I think pinups should feel more vulnerable than the original portrayal of the character. This shoot actually felt like a more formal version of moth girl which I hated. I might alter the costume in some way to make her sexier. I'm also going to try it again but with someone shooting me which I think will make a big difference. The struggles of trying to be your own videographer, photographer, editor, costume maker and writer!
Some wholesome news: I have been working very hard with one of my family friends to learn how to sing the Persian song that you will hear at the end of the video. It feels really good on a personal level for me because I never learned Farsi and always felt disconnected from my Persian family. In the most straightforward way, this makes me feel warm and it's fun to learn a new language! To learn this song I had to travel really far to my family friend's house and take singing classes. I really couldn't have done that without your Patreon support so I wanted to really thank you for giving me this gift!

I love seeing the Scientist and the Moth come to life and I'm loving all the personality that they have. I had some headcanons for what their relationship would look like and what you did was so much more interesting. The song was so good too, i love the song! You did such a good job. Damn, only good things to say from me :3
